Albion end interest in Samura

Posted in News | By Wilka

Albion have decided not to follow up their interest in Sierra Leonean striker Kabba Samura following a trail spell with the Seagulls.

Samura had made two appearances for the reserves but has not done enough to impress Albion manager Dean Wilkins to earn a contact.

Against Hassocks last week in the Sussex Senior cup Samura didn’t really stand out or impress as the Seagulls ran out 2-0 winners against their country league opponents.

Samura will now return to Aalesunds FK in the Norwegian Premier League.

He really did look crap against Hassock. No touch and drifted out of the game.
